• PIONEER WAFFLE FEED: Come one, come all! Get your tickets now for the first ever SPEL Pioneer Waffle Feed fundraiser! On Sunday, August 22, from 8:00-Noon, your Pioneers will be hosting the Dad’s Belgian Waffle Feed. Buy your tickets in advance: $6/adult, $4/children ages 6-12, kids 5 and under eat free. Tickets at the door will be a dollar more. Tickets will be sold on Sundays after church or in the church office during the week, or purchase them directly from one of our Pioneer members. Proceeds for the event will support our Pioneer program. Bring your appetite.
• WKW ANNUAL MEETING:  Plan to join with other mission minded people at the New Ulm Country Club on Sunday, August 1st.  This will be your opportunity to hear an update on the activities of the MN Valley Chapter of WKW.  Contact people and others are encouraged to arrive at 4:00 PM for punch and snacks for a brief pre-meal presentation.  The meal and official starting meeting time is 5:00 PM.  RSVP by July 27th to LaDonna Rodewald at glrode@newulmtel.net or 507-354-5141.
